At SARDkopenhagen you can order goods via our webshop www.sardkopenhagen.dk All prices on the website are stated, including all Danish taxes, duties etc. If you order from another EU country, Danish VAT and no customs duties are paid according to the rules on the free movement of goods. If you order from a non-EU country, you will not pay Danish VAT, but the goods will often be subject to customs and VAT in your home country, which is not paid by SARDkopenhagen. Like that freight is paid by the buyer outside Denmark’s border. When you shop with SARDkopenhagen, all agreements are made in Danish. Once we have received your order, you will receive a legally binding order confirmation by e-mail as soon as possible. In that case, an item may be sold out of our warehouse, which will be notified and also when the item is expected to be in stock again.
When the payment for the item / items has been credited to our account and the item / items have been sent from our warehouse, you will receive an invoice per. e-mail. This invoice expresses the items that are physically in your package.
It is recommended that you save the order confirmation and invoice so that you can have it on hand for any inquiries to SARDkopenhagen.
We give a full right of return and exchange within 14 days, upon presentation of an invoice, this should be sent as a copy together with the item.
4. DELIVERY TIME
From the time we receive your order confirmation and your payment is visible on our account, it will take up to 5 business days for you to receive your goods. GLS usually only needs 1-2 days to transport your package in Denmark.
Remember that parcel mail is not distributed on Saturdays. If an item in your order is sold out, an e-mail will be sent directly to you regarding. this. SARDkopenhagen only assumes responsibility for the delivery of goods when the order has been filled in with the correct name and delivery address.

The amount for the goods will only be deducted from your account when the goods are sent from SARDkopenhagen. We can never withdraw a larger amount than what you have approved at the time of purchase. The payment system at SARDkopenhagen has been approved by PBS. We do not charge a fee for payment. The fee is paid only by SARDkopenhagen.
6. SECURITY AT SARDKOPENHAGEN
If you pay with a payment card, you are always protected against misuse. Our online store works in collaboration with i.a. PBS (Banks’ Payment Systems), and we have secured the sensitive data transported via the network in connection with purchases, using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption.
Data you send in connection with purchases paid for with payment cards is encrypted (SSL), and thus only PBS can lock them. Neither SARDkopenhagen nor others have the ability to lock the data. As long as you look around our website to find great deals and delicious products, there is no encryption, but when you need to enter your payment information, credit card number, expiration date, etc. you enter a so-called “safe” area. In the secure area, the information is encrypted.
At PBS, the credit card information is validated, ie. it is examined whether the card e.g. is blocked or otherwise it goes invalid. If everything is in order, you as the buyer will be notified that your order has been confirmed.
SARDkopenhagen does not receive any information about your credit card number and / or expiry date, but will be notified that an amount has been reserved for SARDkopenhagen for later transfer, once we have processed your order. When the order has been forwarded to GLS / Post Danmark, we print DELIVERY in our system, and at that time there is a message to PBS to transfer the reserved amounts to our account with PBS.
You have the option to decline a payment when you receive your billing statement. You have no deductible in the event that your card is misused in an online store that uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) in its payment system. Thus, you are better secured than in the physical world. SARDkopenhagen gives you this security.
Your ordered items are sent with GLS / Post Danmark to a parcel shop near you. When distributing as a private package, you must receive a receipt from the postman or at the post office for your package. This package product is called “consignment receipt shipment”. That way, you are sure that your package will not be delivered incorrectly, and we are sure that our shipment has found its rightful recipient.
Shipping cost (postage), is added to each order, depending on the total weight of your order.
8. DAMAGE DURING TRANSPORT
If the item is damaged or lost during transport from SARDkopenhagen and the item is sent as an insured package, SARDkopenhagen will replace the item at any time. However, you must report the problem to SARDkopenhagen (see address and contact information at the top of this page).
9. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You always have a 14-day full right of withdrawal when you shop at SARDkopenhagen Aps. The right of withdrawal runs from the day you received your item. The right of withdrawal can only be used if the item is returned with a copy of the invoice and if the item is returned in substantially the same condition and quantity. The right of withdrawal thus lapses if you use the item in a way that clearly impairs the item’s sales value significantly or if you are unable to send / present an invoice.

When the right of withdrawal is exercised, you must pay the postage yourself to send the item back.
In addition, you are liable for the item and the shipment.

You can also cancel by refusing to receive the item at the post office, cf., however, point 9. When you cancel your purchase, the purchase price will be refunded to you. This is done by a transfer to your bank account, once we have received the item back and checked that it complies with the rules for cancellation. It is therefore important that we are informed of your registration number and account number. It is not a requirement, but the expedition is promoted if adequate information accompanies the package, for example, a completed return slip, a copy of any. prior correspondence, etc.
10. UNPICKED ITEMS
If we receive a return shipment that has not been picked up at the post office, we will consider this as a full return.
11. RIGHT OF COMPLAINT
SARDkopenhagen guarantees that the goods you order are error-free upon delivery. When you shop at SARDkopenhagen, you have the right to make a complaint if the product is not in the condition that was guaranteed at the time of purchase. Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect in the item. If the complaint is made within two months, the complaint will always be timely. We will reimburse reasonable shipping costs that you may have in connection with the return of the item when the complaint is justified.
To have your shipping costs covered, please remember to put them on the return slip. If you send your shipment as a letter post, you have no possibility of compensation to the carrier, e.g. GLS, but a letter post is often cheaper than parcel postage.

When you return the item, please provide a description of the defect. Feel free to use the return slip. This is not a requirement, but it facilitates our processing and minimizes the time for the complaint. If your return slip has been lost, please provide your customer number, and possibly your order number, and approx. when the item was purchased. Please note we do not accept packages sent by post. cash on delivery and parcel box / post office.
12. PERSONAL DATA POLICY
The management of SARDkopenhagen has access to the information that is registered about you. The management, and other employees, are of course subject to a duty of confidentiality also in relation to your personal information. We do not store customer information encrypted, but they are stored on our secure server behind extremely robust security systems, such as firewalls and other filters. We do not transmit customer information encrypted. Payment information is of course transmitted encrypted. Information submitted to SARDkopenhagen is not passed on or sold in any way to companies outside SARDkopenhagen, and we do not register any personally sensitive information that you have not provided yourself. As registered with SARDkopenhagen, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to insight into what information is registered about you.
